Anyone know how to remove the windshield wiper arms from my car? I have already tried taking off the plastic covers and removing the nut. They look like they should just pull out then, but they don't.

I am Jack's red eclipse

it should come off. the nut is the only thing holding it onto the linkage post.

when you pull them off, dont try to tug at it.. because all your doing is pulling it to the side and the bolt there will just stop it from moving.. just use light pressure and pull straight up.. look at the angle its at.. u can try to rip it off all day but your not doing good.. it should just come of easy.

I love dino and 2gnt. ####ers (my word) bliz stole it but i let him borrow it

Mine were kinda rusted, so I used a little liquid wrench and all the techniques listed above. the angle is key.
