#25141, "Does anyone know the answer to this???"

I am upgrading my '96 eclipse from manual to all power doors(locks, windows, mirrors). I have the elctrical wiring harness for the door that plugs into the cars harness(where the door meets the car) and all the accessories. I installed everything only to find out that there was no electric running through the plug(only the speaker wire). What am I missing. There are plugs under the dash to the right of the steering wheel. What are those for. Are those the power??
I have fuses and there's electric runnin' thru em.
I thought the wiring was the same for all eclipses except at the doors?? If you have done this upgrade, or know the answer please let me know, otherwise I wasted a lot of time installing all this crap.

p.s. there's no way I will splice. I ain't gettin that technical when there's a over 20 wires rapped in a bunch and I have to figure out which is which for each mechanism.
