I now have to pay an extra 1.5hrs of labor because my fender that I bought "in good condition with no dents or scratches" had a bunch of paint scrapped off and a little other misc shit. I was charged $100 shipped and could have paid an extra $20 and had many others to choose from that said perfect condition but oh well. I might call them and tell them what happened just to see if they apologize.

Yes they should but if they did that just think of the money they would lose. That's why I never buy a part from a junkyard unless its local and can visually inspect the item before I buy it.
