#24196, "Body kit installed."

Finally got my kit done.

BIG PICTURES -> WARNING -> http://mikelaidlaw.homestead.com/files/bodykit.html

Maaco is.....well...different for bodykits. I would have preferred double sided tape or little screws (you'll know once you see it) but whatever. I like it overall. I just need some 97-99 Eclipse lights to get that bumper fitting better.

(Don't mention the wheel gap emoji I got lowering springs....don't know if I'll put em on as my car is low as it is....for this city anyways.)

Looks good, but omg why did you let them do that to your side skirts? I have never seen side skirts installed like that with huge things sticking out. They should have just used double sided tape and a screw in the fender well or something. It is pretty noticeable. They also should have added a bit of fiberglass on the front bumper where it meets the fender but that is just a minor detail. Looks good overall though!

I actually kinda like the screw things on the skirts. That was the way the guy who put my kit on did them only he used some bondo to cover them up. Those give it a unique look...IMO. Also has anybody ever heard of welding some metal on the underside of the sides to give the skirts more support? The guy who put my kit on, did this as well. He did a great job on molding the skirts into the sides...very clean!

Maaco was saving me $400 bucks.

I didn't think the sideskirts would turn out like that but thats how they install them. They will NOT use double sided tape. I'm gonna put new screws and bondo over them though I think during summer.
