This may already have been posted somewhere, but I haven't been able to find anything. Can someone help me with how to wire up some idniglo gauge faces?

I got the Procarparts reverse indiglo gauges. I got them put in and everything I just don't know where to hook up the wires to power them.

The instructions that came with them were the worst I've ever read, like written by someone who can barely speak english.

Any help would be nice.

Ok, I found the wire I need to hook the power (the red one?) into, but what line do i hook ground (the black one?) into? Do i hook both of them into the same line? I don't know a whole lot about wiring but that doesnt' seem right, and that site didn't say anything else about where to hook it up.

Ok - It's quite Simple:

The Power wire (Red Wire) goes to the Parking light. I believe it was green wire with a white stripe. Someone help me out. (Just go to the main 2gnt.com page and click on MODS and look at the instructions on the Indigo Gauges hook-up).

Just look underneath your dash. Find a screw / any screw that is screwed to the metal frame of the car. Loosen the screw a little, strip the black wire so some of the bare wire is showing and wrap it around the screw and then tighten the screw. Now it's ground.

What I did was bought a light tester from Walmart for $2.00 - It looks like a screwdriver with a light on the end and one black wire. This wire is the Ground Wire (Black Wire) goes to anything that's ground on the car.

What you do is turn on your parking light. Then you take the screwdriver and poke it to some of the wires underneath your steering wheel. (The tip is very sharp and will pierce through the wire very easily) At some point the light on the screwdriver will light up. That means there's power to this wire. If I turn of the parking light the screwdriver light turns off and when I turn it back on (The parking light that is) well guess what, the light turns back on. Also to make sure, When I turn the brights on (High Beam) the light on the screwdriver is still lit. That's it

But for the Eclipse - It's the Green wire with the white stripe - Pretty simple.

if you're going to be doing other electrical work in the future, you might want to get a multimeter.. when i was installing my car starter, it was saying that the test bulbs could mess things up if you test certain wires.

Well I finally got them all wired up and every thing but it's hard to really see how they look in the day. So the other day I was over at a friend's house, left at like 4 in the morning, so I finally get to see how they look and I find that the speedometer had come unplugged when I'd put every thing back in (that and the dimmer/color adjustment switch isn't mounted yet and it shocked the hell out of me). So I got to take the whole gauge cluster out again just to hook up one wire, but it's all good now, all that's left to do is mount the dimmer.
