im planning on putting on a blitz kit soon and just need to figure something out before i finally decide on that kit. i think its importfan.com has a pic of one that has an adjustable (carbon fiber?) winglet type thing on the front.. where do i get that for it and how much does it cost? i liek that kit but only with the little front piece filling up the cut away part. gives it a real racecar look i think. thanks for any help.

That is called a scrape bumper or something. It is made of carbon fiber and shields the fiberglass from cracking when you scrape on driveways. It is king of funny proteching you cheap, fiberglass bumper with an expensive piece of carbon fiber. The piece probably cost as much as the bumper. I think Fiberimages sells one. I think there address is www.fiberimages.com
Where do you live because i want to trade my CARisma Blitz bumper for a stock 97-99 Eclipse bumper. I am in Southern Cali.

the carbon ifber lip is about $200. ive seen them for as high as $350. ahem, not worth it! i made mine out of plexiglas and it was the exact same shape, same mounting bolts and all. it broke after a while though so i only have like one picture of it on my site if anyone wants to see. it was $28 plus paint and about 8 hours to make http://www.geocities.com/blue2gnt

importfans other website carbonfiberhoods.com has it for around $200. I just got in contact with a carbon fiber fabric seller, and am going to try and make my own...? I'll keep you all posted.
