Disconnect your battery. Borrow a "steering wheel puller" from the local autoparts place (you might have to put down a $50 deposit, refundable when returned) Or buy one if they are cheap enough. Remove airbag if your putting in a aftermarket steering wheel.

Don't listen to Mike he doesn't know what he is talking about. I just undid the 4 10mm bolts on the back of the steering wheel, pull the air bag off and disconnect it. Take the 1 big 15mm (I think) bolt off the drive shaft and pull.... hard. That is what I did and my steering wheel came off. Or you can get a steering wheel puller at any autoparts place. It has 2 bolts that screw into the wheel and one big bold that pushes on the drive shaft to force the wheel off, good luck.

Yah all i did was disconnected the battery, then took off the 4 10mm bolts from back of steering wheel. Then unhook all the wires that connect to the airbag, Next unscrew the 15mm bolt in center remove little plastic tab underneath the 15mm bolt were wires run from airbag to the steering column and pull the wires threw, then pull the steering wheel off. I didn't even need a puller. You don't need a puller so don't bother getting one.

puller is only like $5, i would get it just in case, i tried just pulling mine at first, but after a lot of force and no give I started getting paranoid
