#23138, "About the whole headlight cleaning idea......."
I have a 95 eclipse and my driver side headlight is fogged and my passenger side headlight is new from a collision. Anyway i tried the toothpaste and it didnt work at all. I tried wetsanding and it just made scratches. But if i take my fingernail and scratch on the surface, the foggy stuff DOES come off. Obviously i don't want to sit there and use my fingernails all day. There has to be some way of removing this film of fog. Any ideas other than wetsanding or toothpaste?? thanks jeff

I actualy used a clear coat wax on mine and it came out pretty good. You have to just wipe it on and rub hard to get the fog off. It worked pretty well but there is still some left on the inside. Hope this helps you out. Patrick
