Just wondering if anyone had to take the entire front bumper off to install the center grill or if theres a way to take off the black cover directly underneath it...i got the center piece from a friend so i dont have the install instructions....i may just give grillcraft a call about it....what did you guys w/ it do?

No - you do not have to remove the bumper.
I installed mine with no problems. There three screws (2 on the side and 1 in the bottom middle).
You can easily screw the 2 side screws to the grill. Just install the screw facing inward. (Think of it this way. If you stand in front of your car and picture the grill on. On the left and right hand side there will be one screw installed faing inward on the side).
Did that make sense. It's really simple because there's room to get a little screwdriver and screw in that screw. I let the middle bottom alone. Didn't screw it.
Another simple way is to remove that black plasitc cover from underneath the bumber then you'll have full access to install the screws. This way you can install the screw from the inside to face outward. Either way is fine because you'll never see the screws once installed.
Hope that helps. Took me about 10 minutes to do mine and it's been on for 4 years now.
