I have light scratches that can hardly be seen and washed my car than applyed a coat of Meguiars scratch X, this took out most of them but there are still a few left.

Whats the best way to get rid of them, what do I need, and what teechnique do I use?

Also my drivers side stock side skirt on my GS looks like in some areas the paint is fadeing its a stock GS sideskirt thats factory silver anyway to get rid of the faded look? Its not bad and can onlybe seen if you look close.

I'd say try some meguires swirl remover 2.0. You can apply it by hand and just put alot of elbow work into it and see what happens.
