I assume that's why Carbon Fiber stuff is so expensive. For you guys that have them, do CF hoods still get damaged from debris while driving, or hail? If not, then I'm going to probably order one with my insurance money. I'm not really too hot on the cf look for the hood (I like the car to be all the same color), but if it doesn't take damage, then I'm all for it.

well i think if hail was strong enough to dent the car some it would leave a nice mark in the clear coat of the cf hood.. the hood itself is pretty flexible.. you can jump up and down on it..but i wouldnt
you can still scrath the hood pretty bad.. i really have no idea though.
