Finally today I took out my dash. Its hard work. Yes I took my dash out because Im painting the interior but the question is how to take off the passenger side airbag?

its not very hard.. i believe it unbolts from inside the glove compartment.. since you removed it from the dash you dont have to worry avbout it goign off since it wont have a power source

you can't take off just the cover, you'll ruin it. you have to take off the two bolts and two screws thats connected to the dash...and then disconnect the wire harness. make sure you disconnect one of the terminals on the battery once you put it back in the car.

i know, and i told you how to.. the cover is attached to the bag and its components..
yes you can remove the cover from the bag and shit but that will render it inoperatable.. i helped do that to my one friends car and made the cover pop open to reveal a changer mounted behind it..
