#22172, "Lights on dashboard don't work, can't drive at night!"

Alright, the fuse for the dashboard keeps blowing out. It's the same fuse as front and back parking lights.

I installed cf altezzas on the other day, and the only thing I did was change the corner lights. I didn't touch any other wires.

Well, now my dashboard lights keep blowing out.. and even if i put in a new fuse, it will blow out (destroyed 5 fuses already.) The fuse for it is the blue 15a.. but that won't hold for some odd reason. I ran out of ideas and tried using a 25a just to see what would happen. That blew out too. Then i tried a 30a. That worked, but i know it wasn't safe, i was just seeing what the problem could be.

Now i'm really lost, because all i did was switch out tailights... I have no idea what caused any of it.

I'm really desperate for help right now, because my only other choice is to send it to satan. I need to drive at night.

a 30 in a 15 is not safe

take the "altezzas" off and punish yourself

put the stockers back in and see if that works

if it works, then you know it was the tail lights

hey, they don't look THAT bad. =P

But.. i talked to glacius today, and he said maybe I pinched a wire. So i guess tomorrow i'll have to take the whole back panel apart and check all the wiring.

Hopefully I can fix it without the help of satan.
