I want to make my dash and interior look like fiberglass but don't want to pay all that money to have someone do it. Can it be done? If so, how?

Sorry bro had to do it hehe, for your interior u need someone with a body shop that can do poly fill primer then alot of sandin and then paint.

but u do need someone to do the work if u dont have access to a paint shop so its goin to cost you some coin emoji

I remember someone saying something to the degree of sand it just enough for the urethane to stick and apply 3 coats and sanding after each coat to assure the smoothness you desire. Its basically fibreglassing the dash without the fibreglass gives it same look. So after the 3 coats are done paint with car paint(PPG, DUPONT,HOC) then a car clear coat and your set.
