ok lets see if i can remember everything to get it off. Take off the 4 screws you see on the sides of the panel. Remove the door crank handle(if you have one), remove screw behind door open lever and take off the trim plate around the lever; inside the little pocket where you put your hand to close the door there is a little plastic cap that covers anothere screw; i think thats it for screws, and now the top edge of the panel by the window sill is held on by little velcro strips, so just pull pretty good to fully remove the panel. That should cover it, if i left anything out, others can speak up..
