I might have the opportunity to get a newer style front end for my 96GS for $100, and its already in my color. I know that i would have to get the newer headlights in order for it to fit correctly. I was wondering approximately how much they would cost. Also, would this install be easy enough for a couple of guys with jackstands to do? Thanks

97-99 used headlights go for anywhere from $200-$300, usually.

sometimes you can find them for less

new ones are over $300 a piece.

its not hard to do the conversion, but the headlights can be a bitch. a couple of guys can do it easily, and jack stands would help.

whoa, thanks. I didnt realize the headlights could be so expensive. Im gonna look around a little because i really dont want to pass up this front end. Ugh, im tired of spending!
