if you did them earlier today, this may be a little late... for the vents in the dash, just pop them off with a flathead and remove the harnesses.. for the doors, you need to take off the door panels first, and then go at them from the back.. like 4 screws and the vents can be moved out.. that was just a quick run down.. if you need more specifics, just post your questions
