If i wanted to get some projectors and have them look like cyan's, should i buy the ones with black housing or would the chrome ones still work?

you should be able to paint over the chrome ones. i know when taking apart a civic headlamp you just paint over the chrome part. don't paint over anything reflective though you're gonna need those. just sand it lightly if you're worried about the paint sticking. of course Cyan can elaborate more than i can since i've never done it to an eclipse. i would think the same rules apply. good luck.

to be completly honest with u... if you want them like cyans.... he has stock headlights that he painted. But if your just talkin about painting projectors... I had black housing ones, then just pulled them apart. The housing that u paint is a whole seperate part, so u can just take it hit it with some scotch brite and paint it up.

Theres also paintable projectors from APC. They are about $269.00 but they are kinda tight. If you want to paint, you might check those out.
