Ok, I'm hoping I can get some help since I'm sure someone has done this themselves. I just bought new carbon fiber tach, speed, gas, and temp gauges and I need to find out how to remove the needle. I've taken the cluster out and removed the bezel, but I can't get the needle off to remove the faces. Can anyone help?

get a small flat head screwdriver and carefully pry the needles off. Make sure you note where they rest so you can put them back on where they need to be.
