I just wanted to know if anyone here actually had one so they could give me feedback on which stores sold good fitting and quality hoods. I ended up ordering mine from www.imoto.com. It didn't come yet so I will just have to wait and see if it is of good quality.

Yup Fiber Images is known for a really good weave quality, but the back side usually has to be spray painted if you don't want it to be see through. Also, you need to sand it down and shoot a layer of clear coat over most of them (they don't come fully prepped). We used to sell Fiber Images, but now we found an even better supplier where the hoods come fully prepped and clear coated so you don't have to get a paint shop to prep it for you. Of course, a lot of people don't care and will just install the Fiber Images hood without shooting a clear etc, since its still carbon fiber and still looks good...

Sorry, but we don't ship hoods anymore. It seems that almost all of them get damaged somehow because it goes in a thin box and needs to be padded down real well. Wish I could help you out...but icjeclipse, I just emailed you back...
