I'm thinking about putting strobes in the headlight and reverse lights. How about some opinions?

Just be careful to seal up your headlights good so water doesn't leak. Also, a lot of people's strobes tend to blow pretty easily, and don't expect them to be super bright unless you spend a lot of money...

Agree, my cousin has them in his car and has already blown 1 set and is on his second and has only had them for 4 months. I have a set in my headlights and tail lights. I went to Autozone and bought a box of "rubber gromets" and drilled a hole into my headlight covers and slipped the stobes in through the gromet and then wiggled the gromet in the hole...it is like a rubber seal that goes around the hole you drilled. Then I went and bought clear silicon and put it on the top of the gromet and around the wires. I will try and get pics and post them to show you what I mean. Works well for me. My cousin never sealed his so that may be his prob. I have had them for almost 6 months with no probs that way. I bought mine from http://www.ellysonaudio.com/street_glow/strobe.htm
and they seem to work fine. I have heard of some people having probs with these but I haven't (yet). I bought purple for front and red for back. Hope this helps.
