dammit...i guess no one is man. i dont want to be the guinea pig for this system, but t looks like i might be. i was gonna make it a surprise mod but i may go ahead and on ebay. seems like a good laternative to a full replacement system. maybe we can find a critique somewhere else for another car maybe. post it f you do http://www.geocities.com/blue2gnt

I've got a set ordered, but It hasn't come in yet. It seems like the system would be pretty hard on bulbs though. To increase the output 100%+ would be amazing, but how long can a filiment withstand that increase? Apparently you can use other brands of bulbs, not just theirs. When I placed the order the cost was around $270, but that was with their bulbs. I've got PIAA Platinums for my projectors that they said I could use so that will bring the cost down even more.
From what I've read so far it seems like a nice system. When you first turn on your lights, the lights are the brightness that they would be without the system. Then a couple of seconds after that the Zeta system kicks in, and your lights keep getting brighter. I suppose it takes a couple of seconds to charge what would be ballasts to amplify the lights.
The only problem that I have is that I'm in the middle of completely redoing my car, and I won't be able to put the system in for at least a month or so. So if you get a set & get them in before I do let me know. I'll do likewise.

Hey guys, I've heards from several people about the Zeta and the Phillips HID systems. Even though they have the ballast and bulb, they are not going to look like the real BMW or Lexus. Its because of the optics of the lens (our factory lens are made for reflecting normal bulbs, not HID systems. When you put a truly high amount of light through, it tends to get scattered around, so it won't look perfectly even like the real ones. You also risk melting the lens from the heat.
I've seen it on a Type R headlight conversion, and the lights definitely are BRIGHT, but don't have the range and aren't spread out as nicely as real factory HID systems. It tends to concentrate a lot of light in a small area so you really don't get the long range or width of real HID. But if you have about 500 bucks to spare, go for it to be different...good luck
