Is this legal? I had heard from someone it wasn't. I'm planning on changing the hvac, gauges and lighting in my eclipse to red. (except the dome light) Also, does anyone know where you can get a different color cig. lighter outer rim? The stock is that orange plastic piece and it's gonna throw everything off. Has anyone done red int. lights? I'd like to see pics if so.

ive never heard of interior lighting being illegal, especially hvac.. you can do it just use red leds instead of blue, there were a few around here who spoke of tryng it.. as for the cig lighter, just unplug the light from it, thats what i did, you cant really mess with the trim ring..

well thats not entirely true imo...but ive been wrong b4. But ill tell you what I did with the cig lighter. If you don't want that nasty urinal color ring take it out and run a small piece of red or blue or whatever color your scheme is that you are trying to accomplish and of the fibre optic cable in works great. I just got sick of lookin at it as well... same with the ignition light. So those that have done the blue hvac and hate that damn cig lighter do yourselves a favor and go that extra mile do something nice for yourself and your baby she'll love you for it...LMAO HEHE HAHA. Ive been painting interior car panels all day and im pretty high at the moment. LOL!!!
