I have both the front and rear upper stut bars on my car. They are both chrome, but Im not really into chrome, so I want to change the color. I want them either black or the color of my car. What steps do I need to take in order to paint them? Thanks in advance.

I would have them powdercoated instead. Looks great and will not chip easily.
