ok i looked by the shifter every where i can imagine and i don't see a switch anywhere...
i the bulbs are good... there just ain't any current going to them, i've checked w/a voltmeter
any ideas...
mods: star stage III clutch full exhause cai sparkplugs(needing new ones, any ideas?> platnum plus window tint all black interior altezas
future mods(in no particular order): engine rebuild turbo..... lower it wheels seats exhaust piant job turbo wing hood body kit neons all around projectors new altezas new stereo equipment and more that will be kept secret for now

its probably your switch.. on the top of the tranny you will see a plug going into it.. remove the plug and use a wrench to remove the switch from the tranny.. check the continuity of the switch (you have to push the metal ball in to make to it on). if you have continuity check the load.. mines gone bad, ive been to atleast 6 auto stores and ordered a new switch but the new one is too long as has the wrong connector.. satan wants about 65$ for one as the autostores want 15-20, but again they all have the wrong part number listed.. and no matter what trim line you look at it all lists the same part number...
if anyone knows of a place other then satan to get a new backup swtich for a mtx please let me know!

anyways... My reverse lights haven't worked since i bought my car(2 years ago). i've looked at fuses and everything. I guess i'm gonna check this tranny switch thing out this weekend, but it sounds kinda weird. I'll let ya'll know if i get any ground breaking news. Later, K
