Can you hard wire the neon into the cigartte lighter light. The little light that lights the ring around the cigarette lighter so that when you turn on the lights at night the neon would come on with it?

yup...the green wire is the power and the black is the ground. theres also another little light inside the ashtray compartment and its alot easier to get to.
