ok. I plan on buying a 97 front bumper soon and that means i have to get projectors. I looked on procarparts.com and they have some diff kinds.
Do you guys think the chrome housing ones would be better on my silver eclipse? I think the black housed ones would stick out too much(be too dark in comparison to the paint).
go to www.procarparts.com to see them if you don't know what they look like.
btw, i have a 96 gs

just asking for opinions
Thanx,
K

why did they melt did you change the bulbs or did you use the ones that came with them?? I just got some from a board member, who got them from procarparts.com, who never even installed them in his car. One of my stock headlights harness melted because I used high wattage bulbs.

It all depends on what type of scheme you want your car to emulate. I picked the Chrome/clear housing because I thought that it creates a cleaner look, plus my taillights are chrome, and the rims I'll be getting will also be chrome.

It all depends.

i have a silver eclipse and had to buy projectors when I replaced my bumper too. Like HeDog said, I went with the chrome housing and blue ion projector. I was going for the clean look as well. It looks classier IMO.
