#17926, "Bodykit question - need lots of help!"

Alright I got a Blitz front end coming but its for a 97-99 Eclipse. I got the 97 Talon headlights (95-96 Eclipse lights). Question is can I just fit the bumper over my stock headlights or do I have to cut the bumper?

Secondly if I go with the 97-99 Eclipse lights are they DIRECT BOLT ONS to my headlights OR do I have to do some work to make them fit too?

How hard is this gonna be to install a blitz kit front on my car and what is the easiest, cheapest way to get this thing installed?

I thought just buy some stock 97-99 Eclipse lights, slap 'em on (assuming its easy) and change bumpers (the bumper has already been installed on a Talon).

Any and every info is much appreciated.

The new headlights should bolt right on. I only used the major bolts after I took my stock ones off and back on - there are some hard to reach bolts on the underside that maybe the talon won't have holes drilled out for, but they really aren't necessary and nearly impossible to get back on easily. The kit might fit, but it WILL hit the headlights (97-99 are smaller). That may cause the paint to crack if there is a lot of stress in that area from the kit hitting the headlights. It all depends though, you really have to install it to see.
