Black can get very dull quickly, and fade with the sun and whatnot. You will prob need to use a high speed buffing wheel to get back the shine. Any good reputable detail shop can do this, or you can do it your self, but you must be very careful not to burn through the paint. It can be tricky, so i'd take it to a pro to do it. A black car should be buffed out every year or 2 to keep the gloss. My shop charges around 80-100 bucks for a buff on a black car, since black is the HARDEST color to keep gloss, and it shows scratches so easily..
