If I use a permanant marker on the interior lights, will it damage the bulb? instead of going out to buy new bulbs, I just colored the luggage light, floor lights and reading lights with a blue permanant marker. I haven't put them back in cuz they're drying, will this cause any dmg to the bulb, or will the ink burn off? I can go buy new bulbs if needed. Thanks in Advance

I put PIAAs in over a month ago and havent had any problems. I had Nokyas in before, but they were too blue, they didnt illuminate the road very well and i had a hard time seeing anything. For safety reasons i strongly suggest NOT putting in those kind of bulbs. I'm talking about the kind that are colored so thick they look like christmas tree lights. I love my PIAAs though. I can see so much better now and they have a white light with a slight bluish tint, kinda like the high end acuras.

I got those last night. I had to use the marker on the floor ones as well cuz it showed green. I'm still trying to find the 3571 (dome lights) in blue. only one I found that was the same shape was twice as big so needless to say I didn't get them
