My normal headlights are fogging. so are my taillights. The shop that I took my car to for instalation tested them for leaks and it had none whatsoever. now my headlights and taillights are fogging up. I'm tempted to say it 's cuz of the cold weather and the lights make condensation inside the assemblies, but I'm not so sure...

It's more than likely the rubber gasket that is on the back of the headlighthousing that you'd remove to change the bulbs. Mine occassionally fog up, and it's always been after I washed the engine. When I first got my projectors I noticed that this same cover on the factory housing would lock after rotating the cover. My projectors don't & obviously aren't sealed as well. The only thing that I can think of is to try to create more of an edge for the gasket to set on either on the cover or the housing, therefore tightening the seal around the cover.
When they do fog up, just remove the bulb cover & aim the car into the sun. That'll clear 'em out fairly quick. Hope this helps.
