ok, I understand that this may be a questioned answered by: go get it matched, but does anyone know the color code/ actual name for the "black cherry" color of my and other cars?
also, has anyone taken their black mirrors and door handles and color keyed them to match the rest of the car? is it tough?

I believe you can find the paint code on the drivers door sticker, or under the hook on a plate on the pass firewall by the hood opening. I just went to pep boys and looked in the application guide for my color, and it gave my paint code. They had a little touch up bottle and it matched perfectly..

I painted my mirrors and door handles to match. My driver's side handle broke(there should be a recall, the local dealer here says he sells out of door handles every week.) So I gotta get it repainted.

i repainted my whole car along with door handles and mirrors.... you gotta look under the hood to the left.... as for eclipse hottie your paint code for your color is P-88.. That was my orig color but now it has more pearls added to it so mine is more custom and can't be matched except by the orig guy that painted it cause he know how much of each pearl he put into it... but i did get a bottle of touch up from him incase I get any nicks... ask if you need anymore info G
