If I were to get a blitz front end....where would my fog lights go?

No where, they'd be covered up by the bumper, so you'd have to make custom mounts to keep them. I took mine off when I put my blitz on, and have been too lazy to put them back in even though I have stock front now.

ok, thanks man, how hard would the bumper be to install myself, or how much would it cost to install it?

You can search for that answer...but typically, you will have to do some fiberglass modification and bondo work, so it's probably easier to have a shop do it. We charge 75 to install the front bumper, without any fiberglass modification. That could be 50 to 100 extra. Some places will do it cheaper, and some will charge more. Painted and installed is typically around 275 or so.
