Does any one know where to get a plate for the shifter instead of the boot? You know, like in the Ferarri's and stuff?

the only one that i know that has it is tim97rs.. he custom made his own and was nice enough to provide a write up. i tried making up one just like the ferrari shift gate, but the space between our shift points are way too small and our shifter is too thick.
