how the F@#% do i remove this damn thing. i somehow managed to crack my windshield by tugging on it so hard. this sucks! obviously you stick something up in that hole, but what exactly do you do? my friend took it off simply last time,and now i can't figure out how the hell he did it.

if you look at the bottom of the plate there is a small hole. find a small screw driver to put in there and push. it's a small clip holding it in place and it has to be pushed out.
