Advance auto parts or Nopi should have a set of ''remove tint kit'', it comes with the tools and tint remover, I think it less than 20 bucks.

Best way to get it off is to try to remove the actual tint as much as you can. Use a fine steel wool and staight amonia undilluted. It will take a little scrubbing, but the glue should come off without too much effort. If you are going to re-tint, be sure to get a "metalized" window film, this tint will not turn purple ever, unlike cheaper tints that turn that nasty purplish color after a year or two...

I used to tint windows, tint comes off surprisingly easy. Pull the film off, then like someone above said, put some soap and water in a spray bottle, Spray the windows and use the razor blade to scrap the glue off. The back window you might want to use a different method because of the defroster lines. I would imagine goo gone might work too, plus youd have a nice citrus smell in your car (blah)
