#15571, "Roof Scoop...Actually help ?"

Roof Scoops look tight. I am thinking of purchasing one that is similar to the green eclipse scoop.

But..will installing that actually slow me down ? My car has a sunroof...so I dunno how it would work. Any info ?

Can't do it with a sunroof because the scoop has to be molded into metal of the car.

i don't think the roof scoops actually help at all. their just one of those things that are there for looks. like some of the body kits. i prefer something that'll keep my car closer towards the ground and help the wind go over it instead of hitting something on the roof.

i've seen a guy with a roof scoop on his civic Si that had hollow tubes connected to the back that ran in the interior of the car down each A-pillar into the engine bay compartment. I guess his roof scoop was truly functional. would this really help much though? i mean, these tubes were only like 1 inch in diameter each.
