I had the bumper modified already, what do you guys think I should do?????

At the bottom of our web page on the body kits we do show the possibility of the front being only for the certain years. i'ld say screw the projectors and just try to have them pay you for the modification. They will give you a lower price on the projectors... they just want more business- you wanted a 96 bumper, fabricate it to the 96 bumper but make sure they pay- thats my opinion- if you like the look of the projectors, and you have enought money to get them at a "cheaper" price, then its up to your own taste and preference

Ya try to get at least 50 bucks back from them. Although most businesses are really reluctant to give back money. They might offer "store credit" or as you said, a discount on another part. If you want the projectors, and they will give it to you for under 200 a pair, then go for it.

Tell them to pay for half of the modification fee. If you already paid for it to fit 96 headlights then you will have to pay again so they fit projector headlights(97-99 style). Or get a discount on Altezza's or something.
