#15015, "odd opening hatch idea good/bad?"

I am thinking about making the hatch hinge on the oposite side it normaly does so that it would open from the top and flip up. What do you guys think this would look like and do you think it would be cool or just ugly. I am more into show then go and need to make a huge show stopper so help me out. I was also thinking maybe off to the side but I think that would not be as cool. Let me know.

You really want to stop the show have the whole front end hing forward (Viper/Vette style) That would be sweet.. also allow for beter access to the motor...

I think that if you could make the whole front end (or just the hood) open up from the front and then have the hatch open from the rear you would DEFINITELY have a show stopper.

you wouldn't be able to get anything in or out of the hatch then..would you??? ..also..if you're going to do that...make some suicide doors..to complete the backwards conversion...

i would be differant and have the hood open to the left or right, not to the front. that'd look sweet.

i agree...u should make ur hood open to the right (or left) and ur hatchback open to the opposite side! That is what i want to do.
