any place that does chroming can do it, but you could just polish it yourself, looks just liek chrome and costs nearly nothing (just however much u spend on steel wool and polish)

How hard is it too take the heat shield off? How do you take it off? I have seen some bolts around it but is that it. Is there anything else in the engine bay that u can use steel wool to polish it out?

heatshield is held on with just the visible bolts.
you can also polish all the metal lines and brackets.
you can polish the valve cover, but you need paint stripper to help remove the black paint first.
you can polish the intake manifold, but it will be damn near impossible to do w/ just steel wool. use a drill and a metal paint strip wheel to get started

I just did my heat shield last night with the steel wool, it looks tight!! all chrome looking!! and i sprayed about 4 coats of engine enamel clear on it so I hope it hold up, well see.
P.S. RyanN95i4 what is that thing with the air cleaner under your short ram?

Its official, the front 2 bolts on my heat shield are WELDED on there or something. After using Liquid wrench and WD-40, breaking a socket to a socket wrench, cutting my knuckles and using vice grips (which stripped the bolts) i finally gave up!!!!!! I just polished it the best i could with it still on there. Im gonna get those 2 bolts drilled! HAHA maybe that will work!
