dude all he did was cut a hole out the front on a stock hood and did a little work. easy!!!!! i am in the process of making a stock style hood out of fiberglass and i'll see if i can try to make that.

its one of the scoops you can buy, thats why the scoop goes to the end of the hood

well then you can buy a hood scoop, either make a fiberglass hood(which is what i am doing) or cut the hump out of the stock one, and mold the scoop into place.

Ya that's what the guy on ebay did. But most likely it would be cheaper to buy his hood and sell your stock one, than pay a shop to custom mold it into a metal stock hood.

but if you want the lightness of a fiberglass hood, you can make a mold of your hood, then make your hood, then make the scoop and do a little bit of work, then boom your got your hood.

Ya that would be cool if I had the time to do it, but I personally don't, and for most people that can't do it themselves, a shop would charge a lot to do it. We would probably charge around 800 to custom mold a fiberglass hood from scratch. It's about the same amount of work as customizing a bumper from another car. Actually, it'd be a lot easier if you just bought a fiberglass hood and then molded the scoops, since making the mold is a pain...
