Alright, a couple months ago my underbody lights (when I hit the switch) would go on and then flip off within second. After about a week they worked fine again. Then just recently it's starting to do it again. I'm not sure what the problem is, do any of you know what the problem could be?.... I thought maybe the relay might be messed up.

Thanks!

-Chris

I have a neon underbody kit, and mine started doing the same thing about 1 month after I got them. Its the winter time here so I haven't bothered to get it fixed, yet. Let me know if you ever figure out what the problem is, because mine do the exact same thing.

Well, I think you'd like 'em Flea. They look tight, not ricey at all. You can drive with them on here. Just don't get Red or Green. (I have green by the way). All other colors are legal in Fargo, at least. Give your local police station a call, they will inform you about the laws. I have been caught driving with my lights twice now ($60 fine each time). This is another reason why I haven't bothered to fix my neon lights, yet.... emoji The only reason the cops bothered to pull me over was because they were rookie cops that were blood thirsty. If I had a different color they couldn't do anything about it.

WTF is wrong with Fargo, ND? Green lights illegal and blue legal????????

Edit: Just thought I would add that I have a green car and I ordered my neon underbody kit before Fast and the Furious even came out, so I did not intentionally copy F&F.

Did you see that lime green F&F car in Fargo? Its like the same coloras the one in the movie. I saw it a long time ago over at Tintmasters.

I would probably go blue with silver...Not sure.

Evan u got underbody lights?

Is that the Green Eclipse with the Carbon Fiber hood and the tall aluminum wing on the back? If so, that's Matt, he's from Grand Forks. He works part time at the Grand Forks Tintmasters. He always comes down to Fargo. Oh and he has some 19" Konig Monsoons (I think). They are 19"s though.

Well, up here in ND prices are much higher than pretty much everywhere else. But I got my streetglow underboy kit professionally installed (install is a bitch) at a local import performance shop here. I have the full underbody kit. The total for me was $250 installed with a lifetime warranty. I am sure you could get it for a much lower price where you are though. I think you will like the end result though, its phat. I would be carefull with getting Red or Blue, they are illegal in almost every state, because they are emergency colors. But if you just want them for show or for in parking lots, go for it.

If your in a cold climate it might just be that its cold out right now. I have neon under my avenger and it doesn't work too well when its cold but its just fine when it warms up a little. Just remember, neon is a gas and it has to be ignited to light up. Thats why they don't work so well in the cold. Hard to ignite and keep lit.

I have them...$177 and i installed them myself. Only took bout 3 hrs. and thats cause the people helping me would stop every 2 sec. If u keep at it u can get it done to a point where it works in under 2 hrs. If u want to fully wire the switch and stuff that might take a little longer. Mine are blue and i havent been pulled over with them on yet. I have passed bout 4 cops and they dont care. Oh, and it isnt state law its city law.

Little off the subject but still on lights. I have the Lighted Washer Nozzles (yea i no its ricey but it was a christmas present). One of my friends said that some guy got pulled over for having blue and the gave him a $150 fine and made him cut the wires infront of them. I might understand blue underbody lights but washer nozzles?? That is crap. Anybody else know anything about this??
