I am talking about on the outside the black rubber peices that surround the widows. I am working on the the roof and priming it so I need to get these off so I can sand and paint it correctly.

open the door, and you should see the clips that hold the rubber into place (look for black screws). ther shoudl be a few inside the door. once u have those out, the rubber will come out. there are also metal brackets that are screwed in that the rubber slides into.
