Convert to 97-99 Eclipse rear. Junkyard bumper is all you need and it shouldn't be more than $100, painting it is another thing. If you want the Talon rear, then there's nothing you can do to your tails.
There is one thing, I've seen someone on this board that bought some Stained Glass Window Paint (seen it myself at Micheals, craft stores) for like $6. Anyway he masked off the red part of the tails and painted the ugly ass orange with red SGWP. Looked friggin' awesome, maybe he'll see this post and put up some pics.

Thanks fellas. I wanted a nice clean look, while at the same time trying to be a little different. Besides that, the yellow seemed a little weak! (ha!) I bought the spray from SummitRacing. I've seen other people use read as said in the other post.

you can use the red transparent model spray paint. I used that and some clear coat to get rid of the yellow. I know there is a japanese product out that is made for painting taillights but i hear it's too thin and runny
