what did you use to seal em back up? just clear silicone? any specific brand or style work better than others? I need to know asap. thanks!!!

I used some clear hi-temp rtv silicone from Discount auto, worked fine.

im really considering it clearing mine out too.. how was hard was the whole process? how long did it take you? i think i know how to do it, but i just dont want to have to go through a long process and then mess it all up.

yeah i used the same thing, clear silicon from ace hardware. dont sweat it tho, cause once you get them out youll realize that there not really any part of the light where it seals that you can see when the lights in the car. just a small section at the top, if you saw mine youd realize its not flawless either. i loaded up on silicon to make sure they wouldnt leak, but the downside is you see the silicon

ya i went a little overboard on the silicone too but no biggy. The whole process took me like 10-12 hours, but i took apart 2 sets and painted the housings on one of them, fingers felt really good emoji.
