Raced a guy earlier tonite, so we pulled in to 7 11, He had a 97 gsx, and I couldnt help but noticed that his gsx wheels (ten spoke) were chrome, I asked him if he dipped them but he said he got them from the factory chromed already, Is that an option, I never knew that, and since I'm in the market for some chrome wheels, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..................

imo, GSX wheels are nice anyways. 17's with a polished lip. Powdercoat them or something and they will be even better.

Ya I think some of them came chromed, and I thin ksome of the 3g spyders have chromed gsx wheels. Just like the gst came with chrome 16's too. The dealer may have done it though.

I'm 99% sure that chrome wheels on a 2nd gen AWD were not an option from the factory.

I put wanted ads on the partstrader and dsmtrader and got about 3 offers. I paid 400 for the rims and tires, but the dude shipped them from arizona to North carolina and shipping was 170, so it was 570 total for 17" rims and tires. My car looks hella better with these emoji good luck finding yours
