My HVAC lights do not always come on when I start the car. Sometimes I have to tap on them to get them to light up. Has anyone ran into this problem before?

yes .... it started to happen to me..

its wierd.. sometimes the indiglos wouldnt go one either..

if i turned a hvac knob they would come on...

i dont know man.. have to wait till it gets warm and tear some shit up

its brob just a lose conection somewhere, just pull of the panel and jiggle some wires.

the bulb might be going out.. might as well replace it with a colored led..

Well, the light in my shifter (A/T) was doing that. I swapped a new bulb in, and it worked fine. So yeah, maybe it is time to throw a coloured LED in.

My NT is doing that too. The HVAC control lights won't come on with the rest of the lights. I have to turn one of the knobs real hard to get them to come on. It's the connection, but I didn't take the time to dig into it yet... not bothering me as much as other suff
