Hey all, we need a PERFECT stock hood from a 95-99 eclipse. If you can give it up for at least one month, then we'll give you a free carbon fiber hood when we finish making it. You must be able to bring the hood to El Monte, CA (socal). I already have a 2gnt member that volunteered, but his hood has a small dent in it, so we wanted to see if anyone has a perfect hood they are willing to give up. Thanks.

haah it wouldnt matter my stock hood had a huge bend in it.. which is why that sillly ladys ins bought me a CF hood..hehe..and projectors and my old front end like trishas

Shipping on a hood is quite expensive, and too much of a hassle. I don't think it'd be worth it for you...
BTW, if I wasn't clear earlier, we need to take your stock hood for at least a month. Then you would have no hood, because we can't give you the CF one til we finish making it...

Hehe, ya we already got interested ppl in CA to do it. I don't want to give mine up because I like my painted hood. They were even gonna make me a blue kevlar ($$$) hood, but I'd rather just have my stock one. I worked so hard sanding both sides of this stock hood hehe. Promotions would be nice, but we don't really need that right now since the shop in Florida is doing really well, and there is more than enough work here in CA. But I could use some help on the internet sales side.

Umm sorry don't think the shop will do it though. They just wanted my hood bad so they tried to lure me with that. Kevlar hoods are $750 to $850. Since I said no, they are looking for someone that will give up their stock hood, and get a cf hood afterwards. And drbalazo said he'll do it, so I just need to confirm the details with him.

Hey I'm in FL, give ME a free C/F hood and I'll even rice out my car with your shops graphics all over it for free ads all over the Tampa/St pete and sometimes Orlando Area! It would really look kick ass with my Black rims!

and what kinda of internet sales help do you need? if its not to much to ask and its easy i could do it. i mean i sit on my asss on the comp all day at work.. and i do have a comp at home though its ever soo sloww..
fast if i get a new hood and u reallly reallly wanted a kinda messed up CF hood i can sell it for like 75 bucks.. would just have to be picked up.. or we could meet up somewhere.. i have some pics at home.. and u know what i left the damn CD they are on at home.. crap was going to bring it in today.. had tons of cool pics for u all to see.. oh man

alright but ill warn you first its not like it is in the pics. its flown up twice.. i have some new pics on disc ill get them and post then after lunch 3hours or so from now..
but i mean if you want it for raceits still 8 lbs.. and it still looks nice from far.. but ull see what i mean ... but its still cheap.

Not my shop in Florida, but the body shop I work with has a motorsports shop in Tampa. It's pretty new and relatively small, but doing really good since there isn't much competition. Our prices are lower than competitors by a lot in that area.
Evan, if you have time and want to help promote ImportVenom.com, I can work out a commission deal with you. The main problem is I do not have enough time, so I never promote the site or do mass sales. A year ago, I was sending out 10 to 20 packages at a time. Now I hardly do that because I haven't even promoted my new site at all. I found the best way to promote is to go to other honda boards and post there. Eric, Jeff might send his hood down from up north since he already has a cf hood. He is working it out with Daniel. Daniel was the first to respond, so I'm giving him priority. If that falls through, I'll let ya know. BTW, we need to keep your stock hood, so you'd be hoodless for at least a month until we give you the cf one. Afterwards, we still need to keep your stock hood for future molds. I think Jeff is in the best position right now since he doesn't need his stock hood. And when these cf hoods come out, I'll try to get a really good deal for all you guys.

I should of checked the site earlier! You could of definitely had my hood. My dad has an extra truck that he only drives on the weekends that I could of used. Oh well, let me know if all the offers fall through because you could use mine.
