I just got a pair of rear bumper skirts like the ones on the back bumper on the pic, I was wonderin how much it world be to have them molded on the car? they match up to the stock skirts so it looks cool, but I would like to have it look cleaner otherwise I dont want it.

You can't mold it really. The stock bumper is urethane so you can't put bondo and fiberglass straight onto urethane like that, or it will crack. Just to paint and install those small things should be under 200. Good luck.
