#105292, "Where to install guages?"
May-11-11 11:18 AM by Paranoid4Life

I have 3 gauges that i bought for my last car that was boosted, and never ended up finishing the project, so I have these 3 gauges(boost, oil pres, fuel pres) left. I was wondering if I could put them in my clipse now. Yes I understand the car is not boosted(yet), but i figured I could just install them now and use them, since they will just sit here till I actually NEED them. So I guess my main question would be where can I install the oil and fuel pressure sending units? Or even can I? If I can I would install them now. Yes, I understand I dont NEED them now but like I said I have them so why not install them if I can.

Anywhere you want to install a gauge panel or cups. This is more of a personal choice question and is up to your taste.

You need to be more specific then.

Fuel pressure can be T-ed anywhere in your supply line or at the rail.

Oil pressure on the back of the block - T off the OEM oil pressure switch.

Just as you would install these on any vehicle.
